When you send an email frequently you don’t want to start it from scratch every time. Creating a template will help you speed up the process so that all is left is to customise and send.

  • Microsoft Outlook – Desktop

Ingredients  

  • 1 Your Company Logo Best Size 300x300px
  • 1 Your Company Logo Best Size 300x300px

Instructions
 

Outlook (Desktop) – Create Template

  • Open a new email using the New Email button
  • Delete your signature, this will be added each time you open a template
  • Design or copy an email you regularly use by completing the Subject (Will form the templates’ name) and Body
  • You can complete To, but it's not required.
  • Press File > Save As
    Outlook SaveAs
  • In the Save as type box, select Outlook Template (*.oft), Outlook will automatically open your default templates folder. Press Save.

Outlook (Desktop) – Use Template

  • To use your template, select New Items from the Home Ribbon
  • New Items > More Items > Choose Form
  • In the Look In: drop down select User Templates in File System

  • Select the required template and press Open
  • Outlook will automatically add your current signature
